Delivery Policy

AheadKit sells digital products only. Nothing is posted, shipped or collected — every order is delivered by email. This page explains exactly how delivery works, and what to do when an email goes missing.

How delivery works

• When your payment clears, we generate one download link per product in your order.
• Bundles are expanded automatically: a bundle order produces a separate link for every product inside the bundle.
• The links are emailed to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment.
• The same links are also shown on the order-confirmation page right after payment.

Link limits

• Each link stays valid for 72 hours from the moment it is issued.
• Each link allows up to 5 downloads — enough for your computer, phone and a backup.
• The limits exist to keep links from being shared publicly. They are not a limit on how long you may keep or use the files: once downloaded, the files are yours forever.

Lost or expired links

Free, any time: go to the redownload page, enter your purchase email, and fresh links for every paid order on that address are emailed to you. The new links get a fresh 72-hour window and a fresh set of 5 downloads.

If the email never arrives

• Check your spam or promotions folder first — automated delivery emails land there sometimes.
• Check that the address you typed at checkout was correct; if it was not, email marketer.salam@gmail.com with your order details and we will re-issue links to the right address.
• If payment cleared and no links arrive within an hour, email marketer.salam@gmail.com — a delivery failure on our side is ours to fix.

File formats

Books are PDF files. Packs are ZIP archives containing the files listed on the product page (PDFs, spreadsheets, templates and text files). Any standard phone, tablet or computer can open both; no special software or account is required.
