Terms of Sale

These terms cover purchases from AheadKit at aheadkit.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

What you are buying

Digital products: ebook PDFs and downloadable packs (ZIP files containing the files listed on each product page). Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page lists the exact contents, format and — for books — the full chapter list and page count of the finished file. Those listings are part of this agreement: what the page says is in the product is what you will receive.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). A local-currency equivalent is shown for convenience at an approximate rate and is not a separate price; the USD price is the price. Prices may change over time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

Payment and delivery

Payment is handled by our payment providers on their secure pages. After payment clears, delivery works as described in the Delivery Policy: download links are emailed to the address you gave at checkout. Please type that address carefully — delivery to a mistyped address is delivery to an inbox we cannot reach, though the redownload page and marketer.salam@gmail.com can fix it.

Your licence

• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product yourself.
• You may keep the files on your own devices and print planner, template and stationery files for your own use (for stationery, for your own event).
• You may not resell, redistribute, upload, or share the files — or the download links — with others, whether for money or for free.
• Spreadsheet formulas, templates and prompts are tools for your own work; the work you produce with them is yours.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms: a 7-day money-back guarantee when a product is not what its page described.

Accuracy

Product contents are checked before publication — book page counts, chapter lists and file contents come from the finished files. If you find an error in a product, tell us at marketer.salam@gmail.com; fixing errors for buyers is part of the job. Educational products are provided for learning and personal use and are not professional advice.

Availability

We aim to keep the store and the download service running, but brief interruptions can happen. If an interruption stops you downloading a paid product, your link window will be extended — email us and it will be sorted out.
