AheadKit (“we”, “the store”) sells digital products at aheadkit.com. This policy says what personal information we collect when you buy or browse, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Checkout details: your name and email address, and the products you ordered. We need the email address to deliver your files; without it, a digital purchase cannot reach you.
• Payment details: payments are processed by our payment providers. Your card number and wallet credentials go to the provider, not to us — we never see or store full payment credentials.
• Download records: when a download link is used, we record that it was used and how many times, so we can enforce the link limits described in the Delivery Policy and help you if a link goes missing.
• Free sample requests: if you request the free sample chapter, we store the email address you gave us so we can send it.
• Messages: emails and contact-form messages you send us, so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

What we do with it

• Deliver your products and re-issue download links when you ask.
• Process refunds under the Refund Policy.
• Answer support questions sent to marketer.salam@gmail.com.
• Keep basic order records for accounting and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not add checkout email addresses to a marketing list; a purchase is not a subscription.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the store work: the payment provider that processes your payment, the email service that sends your delivery email, and the hosting provider that serves this site. Each receives only what it needs for its part of the job.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them to honour re-downloads and refunds and to meet accounting obligations. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it, or to delete it where keeping it is not required for an existing order or a legal obligation.

Cookies and local storage

Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage), on your device. It is not sent to us until you check out. We do not run advertising trackers on this store.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
